We encourage customers to review product details and sizing carefully before placing an order. If something does not align, we are here to address it fairly and professionally within the guidelines below.

🗓 Return & Exchange Requests

You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as delivered to submit a return or exchange request.

Requests submitted after 14 days will not be approved.

Approved returns must be shipped within the timeframe provided in your Return Authorization email.

Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

📏 Sizing & Manufacturer Variations

L3GENDARY B3YOND WINNING™ partners with multiple manufacturers. Because of this, fit and fabric may vary slightly between styles and collections.

Each product page includes a specific size chart. Please review sizing carefully prior to ordering.

Refunds are not issued for sizing concerns.

 Eligible Items for Exchange or Store Credit

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With original tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or visible wear

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

🔄 Exchanges & Store Credit

If your item meets eligibility requirements, you may request:

  • An exchange (subject to product availability), OR
  • Store credit for future purchases

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
L3GENDARY B3YOND WINNING™ does not provide prepaid return labels.

Exchanges will be processed only after the original item has been received and inspected.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued only for verified damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds are not issued for sizing concerns, preference, or change-of-mind reasons.

If you believe you received a damaged or incorrect item, you must email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your email must include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photo documentation

Failure to provide photo documentation may result in denial of the claim.

If your claim is approved, you will receive:

  • Written confirmation
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Return instructions and address

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the reported damage or fulfillment error is verified, we will:

  • Ship a replacement item (if available), OR
  • Issue a refund to the original method of payment if a replacement is unavailable.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of inspection and approval.

You will receive email confirmation once your replacement has shipped or your refund has been processed.

🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Limited edition drops
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Wristbands, stickers, keychains, and small accessories
  • Mystery items

Final sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.

📦 Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Properly packaging returned items
  • All return shipping costs
  • Using a trackable shipping service
